Return & Refund Policy

What can I return?

Everything except the following:

  • Pre-Order products that are customized are not returnable.

  • Adult sizes of all products are not returnable.

  • Products with additional sleeves, dupatta, or personalization are not returnable.

Note: All returnable products should have their original packing, labels, and tags intact. They should be unused and in a saleable condition. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.

Restocking Fees (India Orders)

For all orders delivered within India, a restocking fee will be charged on every item returned:

  • INR 199 per item if it is picked up by He&She.

  • INR 99 per item if it is sent by you.

  • For all orders shipped but not accepted within India, a restocking fee of INR 199 per item will be charged.

How can I return eligible products?

For orders delivered in India:

  • You can simply login to your He&She account and schedule a reverse pick-up.

  • Alternatively, you can email us at heandshedigital@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return.

  • For pin-codes that do not have the reverse pickup facility, you would need to send the products back to us at your own expense.

For orders delivered outside India:

  • Please email us within 7 days from the delivery date with your order number and the eligible products you would like to return.

  • You need to ship the products back to us within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • You will be liable to pay the return shipping and Indian customs charges, which are non-refundable.

When will I get my refund?

  1. Once we receive the return, the products will undergo a quality check.

  2. After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment.

  3. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  4. In case of COD orders, we will need your bank account details to process the refund.

  5. Any shipping charges, customs duty, or taxes are not refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

  • Faulty/Defective: We are super diligent about our quality checks. In the rare case you receive a faulty product, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and clear images of the defect.

  • Customization Issues: We double-check every custom order. If you receive a product that does not match your request, please email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear images (including a tape measure on top of the product if it involves sizing).

Good to Know

  • Measurements: Product measurements can vary by 1-2 inches.

  • Loosening: If body measurements are provided for customization, the outfit can be up to 3 inches larger than body measurements for girls and up to 5 inches for boys to allow for movement.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible product and place a new order for the required size.

  • Cancellations: Pre-Order/Customized products can be cancelled only within 24 hours. All other products can be cancelled until they have been shipped.

Other Policies

  • Balance on gift cards cannot be encashed.

  • Once a product is used, we cannot ascertain durability as usage varies by individual.

  • Colors: Product images are professionally photographed; actual colors may vary slightly from the image on your screen.

  • Missing Items: If a product is missing from your shipment, please email He&She within 24 hours of receipt.
